• From I-95 Southbound
• Around DC take 495 and follow signs for I-95 Southbound and Richmond.
• From I-95 Southbound - Take Exit 156 (Rt. 784) Westbound to Dale City.
• Once off the exit, bear left toward Dale City.
• Proceed along Dale Boulevard (Route 784) about 5.5 miles.
• SkateQuest Rink is on the right and is clearly marked.

• From I-95 Northbound
• Take Exit 156 (Rt. 784) Westbound to Dale City.
• Once off the exit, follow Rt. 784, Dale Boulevard towards Dale City.
• Proceed along Dale Boulevard about 5.5 miles.
• Rink is on the right and is clearly marked. 5180 Dale Boulevard.

Inline Hockey: Total Sports Pavilion 2380 Research Ct, Woodbridge VA 22192

• From Eastbound Prince William Parkway, heading towards Woodbridge/I-95
• Take a right on Crossing Place towards Bed, Bath and Beyond.
• At the stop sign, take a right on Research Court.
• Head straight towards the signs for Backyard Boats.
• TSP is ajacent to Backyard Boats.

• From I-95:
• Take Exit 158/158B to VA-3000 W/PRINCE WILLIAM PKWY/MANASSAS.
• Once Westbound on PW Parkway look for Target on your right and Bed Bath and Beyond on your left.
• Take a left on Crossing Place towards Bed, Bath and Beyond.
• At the stop sign, take a right on Research Court.
• Head straight towards the signs for Backyard Boats.
• TSP is ajacent to Backyard Boats.
