Squirt B - Congressional Thanksgiving Classic Runner-up

The Squirt B Panthers participated in the Congressional Classic over Thanksgiving weekend at Ashburn and Skatequest Reston arenas. In their opening game, the Panthers lost to a very strong New Jersey Devils team, 7-4. The Panthers won their next three games with scores, 7-5, 5-0, 9-1, and qualified for the championship game. In the championship game, they again faced the talented New Jersey Devils, and despite winning the third period, didn't quite have enough to overcome an early deficit
