Bantam A - Congressional Thanksgiving Classic Champs
The Prince William Bantam A team defeated the
Virgina Express Bantam A team 2-1 in Sudden Death Overtime to win the 2007
Congressional Thanksgiving Classic. The Panthers won all four of their tournament
games outscoring their opponents 19-3 overall. Mitchell Lawson lead the team
in scoring for the weeeknd with 8 points including both goals in the final game.
Christian Litscher chipped in with 6 goals of his own and Zak Kemble was in
net for all four wins (0.750 GAA). Killian Prendergast and Drew Cohen lead
the team on the blueline as they were a combined plus 10 for the weekend.
The Panthers are excited to be a headed back into league play on a seven
game winning streak. Nice Job team !
