PWHC 18U White Team Guests of the Washington Capitals

     The PWHC 18U White team (coached by Steve Hyjek) recently attended a dinner as the guests of the Washington Capitals in conjunction with the 3rd Annual Caps Care Classic golf tournament. For each of the last three years, Steve Hyjek has helped the Capitals organize this charity event. This year's Caps Care Classic raised $250,000 for Children's Hospital, Athletes Against Autism and Washington Capitals Charities.
     The tournament was attended by the entire Capitals team along with Caps Owner Ted Leonsis, General Manager George McPhee, Head Coach Glen Hanlon and Assistant Coach Dean Evason. Among the many highlights of this year's tournament was the hole-in-one by Alex Ovechkin on the first time he had ever been on a golf course.
